Yael Gewant
Founder & Principal
A natural-born communicator who began her career as a journalist, Yael is a uniquely creative and versatile comms strategist. She is a kaleidoscopic storyteller who brings endless imagination to her work.
She founded Agency Esta in 2021 after more than a decade of senior leadership at award-winning PR firms specializing in real estate, design and hospitality. The firm is named for her grandmother, who was a strong, regal, indelible spirit. Always on brand, Esta chose her words wisely and built her world around authentic connections.
Yael’s recent work includes campaigns for branded residences at the Ritz-Carlton in NoMad, Fasano Las Piedras in Punta del Este, Fasano Fifth Avenue and Maison Hudson. Her clients include luxury real estate developments 108 Leonard, THE 74 and 499 President. She also advises an exclusive set of real estate advisors who service foreign dignitaries, celebrities and art collectors.
She has worked with Douglas Elliman on publicizing high-design homes in California, Florida and the Hamptons. Her imaginative storytelling for Arrowood Farms, Lasting Joy Brewery and the Ken Fulk-designed Klocke Estate has positioned the Hudson Valley as a new Napa Valley.
In her career, Yael has publicized world-class projects including 53W53 by Jean Nouvel and Thierry Despont, 100E53 by Foster + Partners, 15 Hudson Yards by Diller Scofidio + Renfro, The Sterling Mason by Gachot, Quay Tower by ODA and Marmol Radziner, Front & York by Morris Adjmi, and many more.
Victoria Hood
VICE PRESIDENT, Design & Hospitality
Victoria has nearly 20 years of communications and public relations experience across architecture and interior design, commercial real estate and hospitality developments, as well as food and wine.
Prior to joining Agency Esta, Victoria was the Communications Director for the renowned architecture and design firm Jeffrey Beers International (JBI), where for eight years she reported directly to the late Founder Jeffrey Beers, COO/CFO and Partners.
She oversaw the design awards and design public relations strategy for a number of their impressive residential projects including 108 Leonard in New York, South Station Tower in Boston, and the US Bank Tower in Los Angeles.
Victoria has, since the beginning of her career in 2008, also undertaken assignments for a variety of established companies and innovative startups in Paris, London, São Paulo, Singapore, Hong Kong, and New York. Victoria is therefore known for her creative thinking, cosmopolitan outlook and witty energy regarding brand positioning, promotion and storytelling.
Victoria graduated from American University in Paris with a BA in Comparative Literature, subsequently earning an MA in Global Communications.
Blake Arrowood
Managing Director, Strategy & Relationships
Blake is a publicist and brand strategist with a talent for relationship-building and strategic partnerships.
He is the visionary behind Arrowood Farms in the Hudson Valley where he turned 40 acres of fallow farmland into New York State’s first organic hopyard and eventually a world-renowned brewery, distillery and hospitality destination. Blake is a thought leader in fine beverage and hospitality and has a unique talent for engaging community stakeholders, public and private.
He leads Agency Esta’s practice focused on craft beverage and hospitality while also supporting the real estate team on strategic partnerships and activations.
Shain Goldman
Account Director
Shain is the backbone of Agency Esta as our project manager and content designer. He hails from a background in marketing and project management for new developments across residential, commercial and hospitality.
He previously supported NYC-based developer Domain on launching trophy rental projects in the Bronx and managed campaigns for commercial and retail projects in New York, Salt Lake City and New Orleans.
He also worked for LeFrak on properties in New Jersey, NYC and South Florida, and for Corcoran New Development on American Copper, The Greenpoint and Waterline Square
Jenny Muskin Goldman
MANAGING DIRECTOR, Arts & Culture
Jenny is the Managing Director of Studio Esta, our arts and culture practice. She comes to the firm with 15 years of experience in the NYC art world as a gallery director and independent curator — most recently as Director at Nunu Fine Art, where she handled press and social media. She was the inaugural Director of Monica King Contemporary in Tribeca and also previously worked for Jeff Koons from 2011-2013 and then again from 2014-2017 in sales, auctions, and exhibitions, including Koons’s 2014/15 career retrospective for which she liaised with the Whitney Museum of American Art, Centre Pompidou, and Guggenheim Bilbao. As an independent curator, she has produced multiple exhibitions for galleries and cultural institutions. She also co-curated the group show Singular Object at 53W53, the Jean Nouvel-designed condominium above MoMA, which presented works by Sarah Braman, Nir Hod, Jenny Holzer, Iván Navarro, Jon Rafman, Will Ryman, James Turrell, and Dustin Yellin. She received a Master’s degree in Art Business from Sotheby’s Institute of Art and a Bachelor’s in Art History from NYU. She completed her Master’s in Art History at Hunter College. Jessica Moody
VICE PRESIDENT, REAL ESTATE
Jessica Moody is a seasoned PR professional and communications strategist known for helping brands and people be seen. With over a decade of experience, Jessica specializes in strategic storytelling and media relations for both B2C and B2B brands, supporting businesses across real estate, lifestyle and fashion, food, hospitality, and luxury interior design. Her client roster spans iconic names such as Bergdorf Goodman, SMEG, Katie Kime, Hungryroot, Ballard Designs, Men's Wearhouse, Christie's International Real Estate Group, Artefacto, Cheryl Eisen of Interior Marketing Group and many more.
A graduate of New York University with honors, Jessica has built a reputation for elevating brands through creative campaigns, integrated marketing, and high-impact media placements. Beginning her career in financial services working with banks, consultancies and low-latency trading technologies, Jessica has an acute business acumen that is prevalent in her work. As Associate Vice President at 5W Public Relations, she drove strategy and results for up to 15 accounts at a time, leading a 30-person team and delivering standout coverage for lifestyle, home, food & beverage, and tech clients. At Interior Marketing Group, she oversaw all marketing and PR activities, growing the company’s social media following from 1,500 to over 125,000 and generating more than 170 earned media placements with over 10 billion impressions in her first year.
Jessica’s expertise extends to brand positioning, influencer relations, event management, and strategic partnerships. She has a proven track record of building operational efficiencies, leading new business development, and mentoring teams to deliver consistent, measurable results. Her work has helped launch products, manage high-profile events, and guide brands through periods of rapid growth and transformation.
Known for her collaborative spirit and relentless focus on results, Jessica brings curiosity and creativity to every project. Outside of work, she’s a lover of all things media and television, an avid NBA fan, a budding home cook, and a self-described home décor and hospitality geek. A native New Yorker (with a stint in Philly), Jessica thrives in fast-paced, diverse environments and is passionate about helping brands and individuals achieve lasting success.
